OPERATING PRINCIPLE
MODELING IS THE NEW PROGRAMMING:
HOW TRANSCONNECT® WORKS
Nowadays, anyone looking for integration tools is spoiled for choice. The range of tools is as diverse as the framework conditions for integration projects. There is software that can be used to easily connect a set of predefined systems using drag & drop. Some systems focus on management of microservices, which need to be programmed. TRANSCONNECT® combines both approaches.
Starting from the first line of code, our development pursues a clear objective: to be able to integrate as many diverse systems as possible, as conveniently as possible. The result is a universal adapter architecture and a management console that can be used to implement integration scenarios without programming. This is a real low-code integration.
THE POWER IS IN YOUR HANDS:
TRANSCONNECT® CONFIGURATION OPTIONS
TRANSCONNECT® is based on the TRANSCONNECT® server. Universal adapters capture the features and functionalities of existing end systems across technologies. TRANSCONNECT® itself can be accessed via a number of interfaces.
The central transport system exchanges data with standardized XML data structures between senders and receivers. Message-based communication in real-time environments can be either asynchronous or synchronous. You can use content-based routing to specify where a message is forwarded, and which adapters will process it. Mappings and data transformations enable aligning different data structures.
What you see is what you get:
SIMPLIFY COMPLEX PROCESSES
When the processing of messages by TRANSCONNECT® becomes more complex, a route can be linked to a handling process that can be modelled graphically. To do this, select an item from a wide range of actions, and use the mouse to drag it into the editor. Both control flow and data flow are visualized and can be customised. Any errors that occur can also be modelled.
THERE’S A METHOD TO IT: OUR UNIFIED PROCESS MODEL
TRANSCONNECT® supports the implementation of integration scenarios through a uniform process model. This model ensures a standardized design of the overall architecture, and simplifies the creation of accompanying documentation. Based on the definition of the systems to be integrated and the relevant interfaces and data objects, a central metadata repository is set up. It is supplemented by the configuration of content-based routings and required data transformations.
The emerging architecture is characterized by scalability, and convenient maintenance and administration.
